At the end of January, the Pays de Montbéliard urban district signed a partnership agreement with the Chinese city of Huangsang, and on 21st February an agreement with the town of Chuzhou. The partnership covers economic, tourist, university, scientific, environmental, cultural and artistic exchanges, with a troop of 60 artistes of the Chuzhou Opera scheduled to perform during the VOCE festival (from 25 March to 6 April).
