The Centre d’Investigation Clinique de Besançon (Clinical Investigation Centre) – CIC-IT – has received the "Technological Innovations" label. The Besançon project was second among the 8 CIC-IT which have just been labelled. Installed at the CHU (University hospital), its theme is microtechnology for the health industry: devices for clinical investigation, replacement techniques, biological qualification and traditional precision methods. It relies on Franche-Comté’s industrial and scientific assets, with its competitiveness cluster specialising in microtechnology.
