The Techn’Hom urban business park – at Belfort – already has 103 businesses on-site, 7,050 employees and 1,000 students. Managed by Sempat, the Territory of Belfort property management company, it is growing continually.
Three large-scale works will soon begin:
- construction of a spray painting booth for the Geepe company
- construction of 3 office buildings – 13,000 m2 including 11,000 for Geepe - a workshop and a car park.
- construction of offices with a surface area of 15,000 m2 in order to accommodate Alstom Power Plant.
