Doing business with Haute-Saône Initiative

Haute-Saône Initiative (HSI) is a French association governed by the law of 1901 created in June 1998 by the Haute-Saône County Council, with the aim to encourage the creation and acquisition of businesses.
Haute-Saône Initiative offers loans on trust to entrepreneurs with projects (i.e. interest-free loans with no personal guarantee required) up to a maximum amount of €30,000, designed to reinforce entrepreneurs’ private equity.
Over the last 10 years, 254 projects have been encouraged, representing a total of €2,591,917 in loans.
