With this booklet, discover this legendary and cheerful cow whose smile has brought success on all the world’s continents.
Born in the Jura one fine day in 1918 thanks to its inventor Léon Bel, it has since followed a fabulous destiny. In its little round box, today it is probably the most popular French brand of cheese in the world. This booklet also contains sweet and savoury recipes with Vache qui Rit, concocted especially by chefs, for cuisine that is playful, light, quick and even gourmet.
