Franche-Comté: 3 prizes for excellence in the "Concours Général Agricole" (General Agricultural Competition)

The prize-winners:
- The Frênelots cheese dairy at Fins in the Doubs, for its Comté
- The EARL Domaine Daniel Dugois at Arsures in the Jura, for its liqueurs
- François Mossu of Voiteur in the Jura, for its wines
Since its creation in 1870, the CGA has rewarded the best representatives of each category of food products. Organised every year under State control, it is held at the "Salon International de l’Agriculture" (International Agricultural Trade Fair).
Franche-Comté was also a prize-winner in the animal competitions, notably with its draught horses and its famous Montbéliard cows!
