The Doubs, a lucky Département!publié le 08/07/2008
The express has published its list of “lucky départements” according to 40 indicators based on 14 themes. The Département of Doubs is the leading Franche-Comté département, ranked 18th out of the 96 metropolitan Départements. It is particularly well placed to offer health care (13), culture (17), facilities for senior citizens (20), families (26) and young people (29).
The following high places should also be noted :
- Haute-Saône for property 6), safety (17), environment (13)
- Belfort for internet services (12) and commerce (9)
- Jura for social services (15) and success in the baccalaureate (1)
